But it was Rex who caused the titles to be transferred to From Russia with Rage. No showing another event. Rex supposedly called the President and demanded a title shot after being stripped. In private conversation, President Bradley informed me that he did not think Rex deserved a shot and that he was considering a suspension. But with the need for a contender and Rex’s in ring record, he figured “What the Hell!” It’ll be a great match.”
A match that Rex lost due to a pair of brass knuckles. Standard MO for the Openweight champion. Let’s see where Rex goes from here, considering how sour his attitude has been of late.
