The action started fast and furious. Flyin elbows, flurries of fists, oh… and tables… let’s not forget the tables. Buck Gunderson and Nick Watts both have claim to the Openweight title. Gunderson defeated Watts in the finals of March’s Iron Circle match. Then Goliath Ayala cashed in the Smith Hart Superbrawl contract and became champion.

Since then both men have claimed rematches are due. But amidst the retirement speeches, broken tables and flying pizza slices, the initial point seems to have been lost. Gunderson and Watts both rolled into Lee’s Palace with the intent of putting the other through a table. After the Maniacal One did so to the Wild One during Super Wonder Friday, the two signed on the dotted line for a Table’s Match at last weeks Unbreakable.

An almost giddy Watts happily accepted, warning that Gunderson would be just another one of the men he had put out of the company, including Odjig Thundercloud and former champion Christopher Bishop, both gone at Watt’s hand in the last year.
